Product Introduction:
Electric discharge machining is a machining process of non-contact, no mechanical force and burr, which will be not affected by the hardness of material. The machining of micro-hole can be done after heat treated which will improve the geometrical and positional precision of holes, and its machined surface improves the flow ratio of injection nozzles, meanwhile, the process character of no burr has reduced the multifarious processes of de-burr and polish. The latest third generation CNC EDM for micro-hole of injection nozzle (MR-HEDM) is developed by the cooperation between Wuxi Micro Research and Tsinghua University, based on advanced scientific development:
1,With the independent research and development software system, the perfect combination of high frequency vibration and micro electric discharging technology improves the quality and efficiency of the micro-hole machining process;
2,The tungsten electrode is clamped by special device and fed by servo feeding system and achieve the functions of self compensating, self trimming and self position.
3,Latest patented technology the machining of inverted conic hole to reach the top grade (Euro III Emission Standard) requirement of micro-hole on injector nozzles.
